Two ways: yourself, inside the game, or by asking us. Both remove the same things, and both are permanent.
Your account, your save and your leaderboard entry go at once, and the game starts again from nothing. It works the same whether you signed in or played as a guest. If you signed in a long time ago, the game may ask you to sign in once more first — that is the sign-in service making sure it is really you.
If you have already uninstalled the game, or the button will not finish, email us.
Tell us the Google or Apple account you signed in with. If you chose Hide My Email with Apple, send the relay address instead: it is on your iPhone under Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple → Carpet Wash Zen.
We reply to confirm, and the deletion is done within 30 days. We never ask for a password.
| What | Where it lives |
|---|---|
| Your account | The sign-in itself, so the game no longer knows you. |
| Name and picture | Your player name and profile picture. |
| Coins and gems | Including any you paid for. They are not refunded and do not come back. |
| Gear and treasures | Everything you unlocked, upgraded or found. |
| Progress | Level, missions, wheel streak and mastery score. |
| Leaderboard | Your row comes off the leaderboard. |
There is no backup to restore you from. Gems you paid for go with everything else. Remove Ads stays tied to the Google or Apple account that bought it, so Restore Purchases in Options brings that one back — nothing else returns. If you only want to stop playing, sign out instead.
A guest account is tied to one installation, and we have no way to recognise it from outside the game. Use Delete account before you uninstall; uninstalling alone leaves the guest record on the server, unreachable.
