Car Wash Zen

Delete your account and your data

Two ways: yourself, inside the game, or by asking us. Both remove the same things, and both are permanent.

Do it yourself, in the game

Fastest — takes about ten seconds

  1. Open Car Wash Zen.
  2. Tap the profile button, top left of the home screen.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  4. Tap it a second time to confirm.

Your account and your save go at once, and the game starts again from nothing. It works the same whether you signed in or played as a guest. If you signed in a long time ago, the game may ask you to sign in once more first — that is the sign-in service making sure it is really you.

Ask us instead

If you have already uninstalled the game, or the button will not finish, email us.

Tell us the Google or Apple account you signed in with. If you chose Hide My Email with Apple, send the relay address instead: it is on your iPhone under Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple → Car Wash Zen (or Wash Master, if you signed in before the game was renamed).

We reply to confirm, and the deletion is done within 30 days. We never ask for a password.

What gets deleted

WhatWhere it lives
Your accountThe sign-in itself, so the game no longer knows you.
Name and pictureYour player name and profile picture.
Coins and gemsIncluding any you paid for. They are not refunded and do not come back.
GearEverything you unlocked or upgraded.
ProgressLevel, trophies, missions and wheel streak.

This cannot be undone

There is no backup to restore you from. Gems you paid for go with everything else. Remove Ads stays tied to the Google or Apple account that bought it, so Restore Purchases in Options brings that one back — nothing else returns. If you only want to stop playing, sign out instead.

What we keep, and why

If you played as a guest

A guest account is tied to one installation, and we have no way to recognise it from outside the game. Use Delete account before you uninstall; uninstalling alone leaves the guest record on the server, unreachable.
