Delete your account and your data

There are two ways to do it: yourself, inside the game, or by asking us. Both remove the same things, and both are permanent.

Do it yourself, in the game

Fastest — takes about ten seconds

Open Keep Rolling.
Tap the profile button on the home screen.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Tap it a second time to confirm.

Everything goes at once — on the phone and on our servers — and the game starts again from nothing. It works the same whether you signed in or played as a guest.

Ask us instead

If you have already uninstalled the game, or the button will not finish, email us and we will do it for you.

Tell us the Google or Apple account you signed in with — that is what we look you up by. If you chose Hide My Email when signing in with Apple, send the relay address instead: it is on your iPhone under Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple → Keep Rolling. If you never signed in, see the note at the bottom about guest play.

We reply to confirm, and the deletion is done within 30 days of that confirmation. We do not ask you for a password, and we never will.

What gets deleted

What	Where it lives
Your account	The sign-in itself, so the game no longer knows you.
Your name and picture	The player name and picture other people see.
Coins and gems	Including any you paid for. They are not refunded and they do not come back.
Castle and upgrades	Every weapon, upgrade, keep evolution and crown you bought, won or unlocked.
Progress	Runs, best scores, NEW GAME+ level and how far you got.
Leaderboard	Your row comes off the leaderboard.

This cannot be undone

There is no backup we can restore you from and no grace period. Anything you paid real money for goes with everything else. Remove Ads stays tied to the Google or Apple account that bought it, so Restore Purchases in Options brings that one back — nothing else returns. If you only want to stop playing, sign out instead: that leaves your account where it is.

What we keep, and why

Purchase receipts. Google Play or the App Store holds the record of anything you bought — we never see your card and cannot delete their copy. Tax law requires them to keep it. Your entitlements in the game, which is the part we hold, are deleted.
Ads and analytics identifiers are held by Google (AdMob) and AppMetrica rather than by us. You can reset or limit the advertising identifier on your phone at any time: on Android under Settings → Privacy → Ads, on iPhone under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

If you played as a guest

You can play without signing in. A guest account is tied to one phone and one installation, and we have no way to recognise it from outside the game — no name you gave us, no email, nothing to look you up by. Use the Delete account button before you uninstall. Uninstalling on its own removes the copy on the phone, but leaves the guest record on the server, orphaned and unreachable.
