Reis de Portugal

Privacy policy

What the game collects, who else receives it, and what you can do about it.

Last updated 9 October 2026 · Applies to the game Reis de Portugal on Google Play (com.tentaculo.kings), made by Tentaculo, and to nothing else.

The short version

  • There is no account and no sign-in. We never ask for your name, email or phone number.
  • The kings you have unlocked stay on your phone. They are not sent to us, and we cannot read them.
  • The game shows a banner ad from Google AdMob, which uses device identifiers.
  • We measure how the game is played — quiz rounds, word games, screens — with Google Analytics for Firebase, under a random id for the install. Never your name or email.
  • There are no purchases in the game.

What stays on your phone

The list of kings you have unlocked is saved in the game's own storage on your device, with a few counters the measurement below reads (how many rounds you have played, your best streak, and the round in progress). Uninstalling the game, or clearing its storage in Android's settings, deletes them.

What we measure: Google Analytics for Firebase

To see how the game is played, where it is too hard and what to improve, the game uses Google Analytics for Firebase. Google processes this data for us.

WhatWhy
How the app is used Sessions and time played, and the screens you open (the quiz, Palavras, the gallery).
Game events A quiz round starting and ending, with its streak, answers and time; each answer, with the monarch it was about, whether it was right and how long it took; kings unlocked; a Palavras game starting and ending, with the word, the number of tries and whether you found it; the monarchs you open in the gallery; and in-game error messages.
Device and app App version, device model, system version, language and approximate country.

It is filed under a random id for this install of the app, never under your name or email. Google Analytics deletes the detailed events after at most 14 months.

Crash reports: Firebase Crashlytics

If the app crashes, Firebase Crashlytics (Google, processing it for us) receives a crash report: the stack trace (where in the code it failed), device model, system version, app version, the time, and a random Crashlytics id for this install — never your name or email. It is used only to find and fix crashes, and Google keeps crash reports for 90 days.

What Google AdMob collects

The game shows a banner ad at the bottom of the screen. To serve and measure it, AdMob's code in the game may collect:

WhatWhy
Device identifiers Including the advertising identifier, used to show ads and to measure them.
Advertising data Which ads were shown and whether you interacted with them.
Approximate location An area estimated from your internet address, never your precise location.
Diagnostics Crash and performance information from the advertising software.

This is collected by Google, not by us. It may be used to personalise ads, to measure them and for analytics. Google's use of it is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Nothing is sold by us, and we receive none of it.

To draw its screens the game also loads its lettering from Google Fonts and a layout library from Tailwind's public server. Like any web server, each sees the internet address of the request. No identifier is sent with them.

The game does not ask for your location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera, and it holds no permission that would let it.

Your choices

The same answer governs measurement. Until the consent screen has been answered, the app sends no measurement data — it starts switched off and is turned on only by your reply. Where the consent screen applies, measurement keeps an identifier on your phone only if you allowed storing information on your device; if you did not, it sends only counts with no identifier attached.

Deleting your data

We keep no account and nothing that names you, so there is nothing for us to look up and delete on request. Uninstalling the game removes everything it saved. The gameplay measurement is filed under a random id for the install, which uninstalling also discards; Google Analytics deletes the events themselves after at most 14 months. Ad data held by Google is kept under its own policies; resetting your advertising identifier breaks its link to your device.

Children

The game is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect anything about them.

Changes

If what the game collects changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves.
