Panzer Party: 3v3 Tank Battle

Privacy policy

What the game collects, who else receives it, and how to get rid of all of it. Written to be read, not to be survived.

Last updated 9 October 2026 · Applies to the game Panzer Party: 3v3 Tank Battle (com.tentaculo.tankarena) on Android and on iPhone, and to nothing else.

The short version

  • You can play the whole game without signing in. The game still keeps a guest save for you on our servers, under a random id.
  • If you sign in with Google or Apple, we keep your name and profile picture so your tanks and your progress follow you to another phone.
  • Your name, avatar and points appear publicly on the leaderboard.
  • Ads use device identifiers, handled by Google.
  • We measure how the game is played — rounds, screens, choices, offers — with Google Analytics for Firebase, under a random id for the install. Never your name or email.
  • You can erase everything yourself, from inside the game.
  • We never see your card, and we never ask for a password.

What the game collects

WhatWhy
An account id A random string, created the first time you open the game, that identifies your save. If you play as a guest, this is all that identifies you.
Name and profile picture Taken from your Google or Apple account when you sign in (Apple shares a name only, and only if you let it). Shown on your profile, and on the leaderboard if you choose them as your avatar.
Email address The game never reads it, but the sign-in service stores it against your account so you can sign in again. With Apple you can choose to hide it, and Apple then gives us a relay address instead.
Your progress Coins, gems, tanks and tank pieces, drones, paint, stickers, points, best rank and missions — for guests and signed-in players alike.
What you bought Which of the paid items your account owns. The payment itself happens inside Google Play or the App Store.
Device identifiers Including the advertising identifier, collected by Google's ad service to show ads and to measure them.
How the game is played Measured with Google Analytics for Firebase, so faults can be found and the game balanced: sessions and time played, the screens you open, game events (a round starting and ending with its mode, your tank and drone, your place, kills and deaths, the round's length and whether you left early, a new best), the tanks, drones, paint, avatars and mode you pick, tanks unlocked, coins and gems earned and spent, offers shown and your answers, videos watched, purchases, signing in or out, and in-game error messages, plus app version, device model, system version, language and approximate country. Filed under a random id for this install of the app, never under your name, email or account. Google Analytics deletes the detailed events after at most 14 months.
Crash reports If the app crashes, Firebase Crashlytics (Google) receives a report: the stack trace (where in the code it failed), device model, system version, app version, the time, and a random Crashlytics id for this install — never your account, name or email. Used only to find and fix crashes. Google keeps crash reports for 90 days.
Reports you make If you report another player, we store who reported whom, so we can review it. The player you reported is not told.

The game does not ask for your location, your contacts, your photos, your microphone or your camera, and it holds no permission that would let it. The reminders it can show are scheduled on your phone and send nothing anywhere.

Who else receives it

Nothing is sold, and nothing is handed to anyone not on this list. The game contains no other analytics or tracking service.

Ads, and your choice about them

The game shows ads, and offers videos you can watch in exchange for rewards. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, a consent screen appears before any ad is requested, and what you choose there decides whether ads are personalised. On iPhone the game also asks, through Apple's own prompt, whether it may track you across other companies' apps and websites; if you say no, the advertising identifier is not shared. You can change your mind at any time: Options → Privacy Settings.

The same answer governs measurement. Until the consent check has run, the app sends no measurement data at all — it starts switched off and is turned on only by the answer, and a phone that has never been able to ask stays silent. Where the consent screen applies, measurement keeps an identifier on your phone only if you allowed storing information on your device; if you did not, it sends only counts with no identifier attached. Changing your answer in Privacy Settings changes it for measurement too.

You can also reset or delete the advertising identifier on your phone at any time and without asking us: on Android in Settings under Privacy, on iPhone in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Buying the no-ads upgrade removes the forced ads; the optional reward videos stay available if you want them.

Getting rid of it

The short way

In the game: your picture, top left → Delete account. It erases the lot, on the phone and on our servers — your save, your leaderboard row and the account itself.

If you have already uninstalled, or you want a copy of what we hold instead, email hellotentaculo@gmail.com. Full instructions are on the data deletion page.

We keep your data for as long as the account exists. Deletion requests are done within 30 days. Uninstalling the game on its own removes only the copy on that phone. The gameplay measurement is not filed under your account, so deleting the account does not reach it; Google Analytics deletes it after at most 14 months.

Children

This game is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from a child. If you are a parent and believe your child has an account here, email us and we will delete it.

Your rights

If you are in the EEA or the UK, you can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or object to how it is used. One email does any of them. We do not charge for it and we do not need a reason.

Changes

If what the game collects changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves. There is no other notice — so the date is the thing to look at.
