Two Left Feet

Delete your account and your data

There are two ways to do it: yourself, inside the game, or by asking us. Both remove the same things, and both are permanent.

Do it yourself, in the game

Fastest — takes about ten seconds

  1. Open TWO LEFT FEET.
  2. Tap your picture, top left, to open your profile.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap DELETE ACCOUNT.
  4. Read what it lists, then confirm.

Everything goes at once — on the phone and on our servers. You are not signed out, you are erased, and the game starts again from nothing.

Ask us instead

If you have already uninstalled the game, or the button will not finish, email us and we will do it for you.

Email

tentaculostudio@googlegroups.com

Tell us the Google account you signed in with — that is what we look you up by. If you never signed in, see the note at the bottom about guest play.

We reply to confirm, and the deletion is done within 30 days of that confirmation. We do not ask you for a password, and we never will.

What gets deleted

WhatWhere it lives
Your accountThe sign-in itself, so the game no longer knows you.
Your name and pictureThe display name and profile photo taken from your Google account when you signed in.
Coins, gems and ticketsIncluding any you paid for. They are not refunded and they do not come back.
Characters and avatarsEverything you bought, earned or unlocked.
ProgressBest times, trophies and how far you got.
Levels you builtRemoved from Browse Levels as well, so nobody can play them any more.
Leaderboard scoresYour rows come off the 100 STEPS boards.

This cannot be undone

There is no backup we can restore you from and no grace period. Gems and characters you paid real money for go with everything else, and buying the game's no-ads upgrade again would mean paying again. If you only want to stop playing, sign out instead — that leaves your account where it is.

What we keep, and why

If you played as a guest

You can play without signing in. A guest account is tied to one phone and one installation, and we have no way to recognise it from outside the game — no name, no email, nothing to look you up by. Use the DELETE ACCOUNT button before you uninstall. Uninstalling on its own removes the only copy on the phone, but leaves the guest record on the server, orphaned and unreachable.
